These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Ram Fincorp through its mobile application and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
"User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses Ram Fincorp’s services.
"Services" include loan processing, financial evaluation, and related offerings provided through our app or website.
"Personal Data" refers to the information you provide or we collect, including transactional SMS data, location data, and device information.
By accessing or using the RamFincorp platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract. You agree and authorize RamFincorp to share your details with its partner banks, financial institutions, and insurance companies for the purpose of facilitating your loan request. As part of this process, you may be contacted by RamFincorp or its partner institutions through email, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, notifications, and SMS for further information or assistance.
If, at any time, you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions or choose not to be bound by them, you must immediately stop accessing and using the RamFincorp platform.
We collect only transactional SMS data to evaluate your financial health, including income, expenses, and cash flow. Promotional, personal, or non-transactional SMS data is not accessed or collected.
We may collect location data and device information to verify your identity, detect fraud, and enhance security.

Your data is shared only with these authorized partners for legitimate purposes, such as loan processing and fraud detection, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
When you purchase a subscription package using our payment gateway service providers, we collect and process the following payment details: UPI address, credit/debit card details, or bank account details, along with transaction date, time, and amount. This data is stored by our payment processors, and we do not store or process it directly.
Our payment processors may use third-party fraud detection software to make automated decisions on payment approvals. If you wish to contest any such decision, please contact us.
Invoices for your transactions are stored for accounting and compliance purposes.
